As former COO of MAF Properties and Managing Director across markets in North Africa, Eastern Europe, and Southern Europe, Vitor successfully led shopping‑centre revitalization and strategic expansion initiatives.

He has further contributed as an independent board director, senior advisor, and mentor to startups under Endeavor, leveraging his deep expertise in business transformation and turnaround strategy ).
